Does Live use Metal on macOS?
Just wondering if Live is using Metal for it's interface on macOS, does anybody know?

It seems that the last beta of Live (Live 10.1.25b1) is using Metal for UI rendering.
Actually I don't know exactly what it means, but I hope it will solve some graphic problems I've got with Live on my mid-2012 macbook pro.
To me, it seems Live uses a lot of power from my GPU and it doesn't help with cooling my computer on heavy Live sets.
I hope this update will fix that.
