Hey all, so i've been using ableton live 10 standsrd for quite some time now, however, this issue i've had has been here since day 1.
Whenever i record audio through my interface, with external mics, or if i'm recording a guitar directly into the interface, the audio always comes back almost as if its pulsating.
It will play the first second, cut out, then back in, then out, its very choppy like.
My Audio Interface is a Behringer UMC1820;
My music teacher took it home and recorded with it and it worked for him, so i know it isn't an issue with that.
I have tried increasing / decreasing: buffer size, latency input, sample rate. I tried switching to Asio drivers, but they didn't show the option for my interface.
The computer is brand new, so i don't see how that'd be the issue either.
Any Input is helpful, as i'd like to record some covers soon!
Thanks.

Re: Audio Pulsating Problem?
If the ASIO driver is not showing as an option in Live (which would probably be needed for reliable operation using that interface), have you actually gone to the Behringer website and downloaded the driver and installed it? Only class compliant drivers are installed by default, ASIO drivers need to be installed manuallycalebxemerald wrote: ↑Mon Oct 26, 2020 10:04 pmI tried switching to Asio drivers, but they didn't show the option for my interface.
