Stop Warping Recordings

How do you stop Ableton from warping new audio recordings? My settings are setup correctly (see screenshot below). For example, "Auto-Warp Long Samples" is unchecked.

But every single new recording I make.... it's warped. And clicks & pops until I unwarp it. So when doing tons of recordings, I'm literally manually unwarping 100 clips per day.

I can't see the image you uploaded, but is "loop/warp short samples" right above the auto-warp option set to Unwarped One-shot?

Thanks. But yes, that's the setting I have. And still if I record a 4 minute vocal or guitar, it'll still get automatically warped.

Same issue. No one else has noticed this I guess because nobody does this...?

I've had Live for years but have recently changed focus from my synths to my guitars, I LOVE Live but I'm starting to see now all the reasons why other guitar players don't use it

What’s the default warping mode ? Re-pitch and beats are neutral at original tempo.

I've tried multiple default warping modes. I often use automated tempos, which surely causes some clips & pops. But that shouldn't matter if the recordings weren't warped by default.
