export a track with convolution reverb effect

Hi Guys! I ran into a problem when exporting my track with a convolution reverb effect. In my exported stem there is no trace of this effect. Is there a function to activate to export tracks with device max4live?

It should work as a regular effect.
Are you sure about your export settings ? What do you mean by track, a single track or the master bus ? Are you using the CR as a send effect ?

No, absolutely. I use this effect in insert. I'm exporting not all the master but the single channel. It seems very strange to me.
