Arm track sync issue

When i arm a track in Live the audio jumps/drops out for a second and the sync of things is not working correctly.

For example, i have a drum machine plugin on a midi channel, if i arm that track so i can play it, it goes slightly out of sync with ableton. If i un-arm it, its fine.

Anyone know what is causing this and how to fix it?

DIsable the "reduced latency when monitoring" option.
