Where to report bugs in release?

I was on the beta, and though I haven't submitted many bugs, I've submitted a couple.
It asks if you can reproduce something on the release, to use tech support instead and not use the bug report on the beta page, but I can't find a similar bug report page anywhere.

Where do I send in bug reports? (not crash reports, but just bugs).
This particular one is related to capture with multiple tracks (the result can be shifted).
Seems easy to reproduce though (turn exclusive arm off, turn record on for first track, enter a few notes, turn record on for a second track, enter some more notes, Create->Capture MIDI, they'll be out of sync).

Thanks, I tried that before and got a 403, but it appears to work now - I'll remember that in the future.
