Please Help! New MacBook pro Projects wont open at all on Ableton 11

Help please!
Every time i go to File - Open Recent set and click on a project, The Project does NOT open at all.
A pop up message pops up "The File could not be opened."
Im using MACBOOK PRO 16 inch 2021 M1 max (Chip) 64GB MACOS 12.5 (Monterey)
Ableton 11.6 the lates version.
I am super scared.
PLEASE HELP!!

What if you open the project directly from the Finder?
