In trying to get to grips with the shift from MPC to the Ableton sequencer, is there a way to automatically generate pitch and gate info simultaneously? The MPC does this, but I'm not sure how it would be set up in Ableton.
I'm sending MIDI out to the modular synth, to a MIDI to CV module called ALM mmMidi, and pitch is fine, but I'm not sure how the corresponding gates would be generated, to then send to the envelope generator in the patch.
