Bass instrument - make it play a kick drum on any note

I've got a bass instrument in Operator that i've been tinkering with. I'd like to set it up so that every time a note plays it also triggers a kick drum, with the kick drum being at the same constant note (ie always sounding the same) regardless of which note is played in the bass line.

Is there a way to set this up so that it's all in the same track? eg the kick drum is added onto the 'chain' of instruments/effects within that track? So it's like when a note comes into that track it plays the tuned bass note AND the kick drum sample?

You can add a chain in your Instrument Rack, and put whatever kick you need. To keep the same note not whatever pitch you're sending it there's several methods that depends on the synth/sampler your using for your kick... and without knowing I'm too lazy to sum all the possibilities, sorry

You could also program you Kick into one of Operator's oscillator, setting it to Fixed mode. You'd need to set the oscillators routing to the "parallel" algorithm.
