Features in Trial that don't exist in Standard Edition

Post by chinaexpert1 » Tue Apr 11, 2023 5:49 pm

How is this possible? Corpus effect and Echo are not available in Ableton Live 11 Standard?

I made my set in Trial and now I can't open it once I buy the program?
I can't export it out of trial, so I wasted my time making something in trial?

Please help, can I add echo to my Standard edition, how do I get my set to open?

Thanks

I exported it successfully from Trial.

I had to click the Back to Arrangement button or else the export is silence

Not sure what you mean, but there is a rather detailed list that says what versions get what:

https://www.ableton.com/en/live/compare-editions/

I bit the bullet and went suite. Starting to get a little bit into M4L and some of the FX. I probably overpaid though.
Live 11.x Suite, Push 2, AMD Ryzen 7900x @ 4.7 GHZ, Windows 11, 32 GB ram, Volt 2, Nektar T4 and Atom SQ.
Also a new lappy: i7 1269, 32 gigs of ram.

You (probably) trialed Suite and then later installed Standard edition.

Aha! That makes sense. But I don't think I had the option to choose - it just says "trial"...there was only one link?

I think the trail is always the Suite version. I guess it makes sense to showcase everything Live can do to potential new users.
