Just finished building my orchestral template, and despite purging all instances of Kontakt it's still about 15GB of memory.
I have 32gb available so it's half of what I use but anyway, when going from one orchestral project to another I have to open a new project, then open the other orchestral project from there.
I assume it's to do with flushing the memory or something. I just thought this shouldn't be the case.
Does anyone have any ideas for streamlining or working with projects like this? Ableton seems almost incapable of giant files.
