when using the ctrl+alt dragging navigation, which I use all the time, it would be VERY useful if I wasn't able to drag the tracks around.
(i just dragged a HUGE track stack into another one and then had to undo it which took a bit of time.)
It would be even more useful to be able to drag around on top of them, and use more of the screen to drag and navigate whilst holding ctrl+alt.
