Hello.
I ordered my push 3 on May 23rd. Since that moment, my order in the status of "Processing" has not yet been sent. Support has not answered me for a week! What's happening? Is such work standards acceptable for a company like Ableton? Can anyone help me?

I don't think anyone in the forums has any clue on how to process your order... for obvious reasons.

This probably wont help but i ordered mine in the uk and it was delivered the following day. Super fast.

I'm posting here because this is the official Ableton forum, and the support is ignoring me. It is strange that you absolve yourself of responsibility and do not try to help.

I received only an order confirmation, I did not receive an invoice, but the money was debited.

i recieved the invoice 5min after purchasig. shipped 2 days after ordered, ups standard one day later i got it. (germany)

Double check the money isnt in a pending transaction? Good luck getting it sorted out quickly.

I ordered May 23rd at 11:08am EST
next email was May 26th at 1:00am that said its ready to ship
next email was May 28th at 1:19am asking for payment. I paid immediately
next email was May 28th at 2:04am telling me my Push order was complete and said to wait for their delivery service to let me know when its on its way to me
Today is a holiday in the US so im hoping I get shipping info by tomorrow
havent seen anyone post a timeline so i figured this might help, i know a few people that ordered before me that received theirs already so the time you ordered definitely has something to do with it

Ableton does not do official support on these forums, they are only for users to share ideas and discuss Live. Support has been flooded with requests given the recent release of the new hardware, please be patient and they will get to your request as soon as they can.

I imagine they received way more orders than expected, but people have seemed to be getting their orders in. I’d be patient and give it a minute.

I ordered on the 23rd, it shipped out on the 24th and arrived on the 28th (Los Angeles). Though my unit is defective so I got that going on for me Still no word back from Support team.

8 days without a response from support. This is not normal and a huge disadvantage.
