Trigger a message constantly

I would like to constantly (like every 0.5 secs) trigger the message "get tempo" to have the box where this message outputs to being always up date and showing the current global BPM value... is this possible?

I could not find a way to do this yet... but I am an absolute beginner with M4L, so this does not say much

Sounds like you’d better use an observer.
