I'm talking about songs where you *cough*"borrowed"*cough* eg some dialogue from a movie and you can't up it to SoundCloud because of this.

Sorry but I highly doubt that.

I kinda cheated with this by uploading to SoundCloud and making a song private. It's still up there, maybe they just didn't notice ...

Probably yes and of course it also depends on how well-known the samples are.
Sampling Avatar 2 dialogue won't work too well I think ...
