I don't have a midi controller on me right now, but I have programmed a bass line that I want to be played by the Hammond footpedals, which should respond to midi channel 3.
Only the upper manual follows my sequence.

Hi, t'Bear - something like this works for me...
- Create two midi channels, say 1 and 2.
- On channel 1 put the B3.
- On channel 2 set the "Midi to" to "1-B3" to select the B3 track, and in the box under that select "3-B3" for the specific midi channel.
- Then create a midi clip on channel 2 and enter your notes (only a few notes actually play for the bass pedals so make sure you're entering notes in that range).
