Hi Everyone!
I am using a keylab mkII.
Is there any way to quickly adjust various virtual knobs like a mouse?
For example, clicking a virtual knob with the mouse and then adjusting it with a physical knob does not require opening the mapping browser for tedious mapping steps?
For a PC keyboard, clicking a virtual knob with the mouse and then using the arrow keys is an easy process. But I like the feeling of a physical knob.
How to quickly or skip mapping to adjust virtual knobs?
Re: How to quickly or skip mapping to adjust virtual knobs?
There are a few methods out there.
I think there is a max device.
There might also be an old control surface download that was quite popular but the name escapes me presently. Maybe selected track control or something.
Also, this is not 100% clear in my memory, but I THINK if you set up a control surface with the ‘user remote script’ method where you only set up a Single knob instead of 8 (or 16), then that single knob controls whatever is selected.
Sorry if it’s all a bit ambiguous. But the good news is you should definitely be able to find a way.

This is what you are after. I use it lots. https://www.nobcontrol.com/ It doesn't just work with Ableton Live. The Nob can be used standalone or with feature enhancing software called nAc. I haven't felt the need for the nAc software though.

Thank so much, everyone!
Nob looks so good too, but it is currently in a full order state. I just subscribed to it first.
