Push 3 - User configurable Master Volume Knob Default

Please allow us to change the default master volume knob functionality. The current options are "Main Output", "Headphone Output", "Master Volume", and "Cue Volume". Almost every user will have a different one of those values that they will use 90% of the time and it's getting real old having to scroll through this menu to set mine to "Master Volume" every single time I open a song. It would be great to just be able to set the default to "Master Volume" in my settings since that's the only one I ever use.
