Copy/paste automation from one track to another

Post by 7G » Thu May 07, 2009 8:52 pm

Hi,
Is there a way i can copy automation from one midi track and paste it to another?
I have Microtonic on one track and want to copy a mute envelope and paste it to
a simpler track but i can't...
Tried copy/paste in reverse order and it doesn't work either
Is this a bug or a limitation with different plugin parameters?

Thanks

select the parameter you want to automate and then hit the plus button and it will open an automation lane where you can copy and paste automations without selecting the audio under it.

FYI - 2023 This doesn't appear to work anymore. I'm using Live 11.

Press "A" in Live 11 to see your automations.
