Starting Nov 21st through Saturday Nov 25th,
I'll be sharing 5 daily Free Live trainings
walking you through exactly how I took an 8 bar loop &
turned it into my 1st #1 release.
This is less of a tutorial and more looking over my shoulder
as I attempt to turn an 8 bar loop a student of mine submitted
into our first number one on Beatport.
I will be going live each day at 10am MST
(Denver time). Tuesday thru Saturday.
There will be replays available for a short time
after the live event, but if you join live, you'll
be able to ask me any questions you like.
You can sign up free (no strings) at:
https://MusicSoftwareTraining.com/number1
I know sharing anything outside of this forum is
frowned upon, but figured I would take the heat
in the hopes that this will help inspire some of you.
It's totally free.
The Story Behind the Video Walkthrough
____________________________________________________
This started off as a challenge with my students.
I put out the offer to send me an unfinished
8 bar loop that was sitting in their hard drive
graveyard.
From there I would take it & put together a
collection of videos showing how I would
approach the song from start to finish.
The now well known DJ, Producer & Label
owner (THANQ) Marina Karamarko sent me
her unfinished track.
We both liked the results so much that we
decided to make an EP together & the rest is
history. Our first #1!
I had no idea during the recording of this that
the song would do so well, so you get to see
all the humble beginnings & corrections made
along the way.
I hope you learn that even songs that do well
have humble beginnings & go through an
ever changing process before getting to the
final track.
