I would love for a visual box or knob assigned to the current Slice's Start and End Time. (with midi mapping).
I've been using Serato Sample for my sample chopping for a while, but having to drag a line with my mouse to change the start of a slice is super destructive for the workflow.
Ableton's simpler, sadly works the same way. I've been thinking about getting an MPC just for this reason, and (not trying to disrespect any dev) it looks like a simple feature to implement.
I believe this is a feature when using the simpler on a Push, at least i saw it on a youtube video of someone demonstrating the Push 3. But personally this would be my only reason to buy a Push and it is a steep price just for this feature.
This feature would basically bring the best of both worlds together, the MPC workflow and Abletons warping.
