Hi!
Apologies if my question is too much OCD but does your jog wheel have a bit of play upwards?
It’s tricky to explain, but if you pull the top part of jog wheel does it actually move a little?
The video will explain it better -

Secondly, when you turn your jog wheel slowly is the clicking sound with each 'step' similar volume or there are 'steps' where the click is almost silent?

1. Yes, the same
2. Yes, the same
But I think both are normal behaviour. No worries about this.

Just to be sure - "2. Yes, the same", meaning there are 'steps' where the click is almost silent?

Pretty sure that's what they meant yeah.AndreProducer wrote: ↑Tue Dec 19, 2023 12:12 amJust to be sure - "2. Yes, the same", meaning there are 'steps' where the click is almost silent?
I can confirm btw; I wouldn't say "silent", but some steps are way less clicky than others
