Support response time x2

Im waiting for support response regarding infamous headphone jack noise for almost 2 weeks now. Is that normal?

I'm almost up to two weeks as well.

So disappointing as this is the 1st ticket I've logged with them and I've been a loyal customer since Live 6!

I have to say that support took a long time to respond, but once they did, they were very helpful and responsive to the replies.
