Ableton consolidate

So I forget to put the tempo in time with the project (86 BPM) and I was with my current tempo (94) and I consolidate the clips to convert them from 24 bits to 16 bits then I notice the tempo mistake and fixed It but now my song started to sound slower so I checked the tempo tried to put back the other tempo and It sounded right so I figured out a quick fix that was just deactivate the warp but I'll like to hear your solutions . . . .
