BPM always at 88.09 on start up.

How do I make it the standard 120 bpm, or just 88 rounded?

I'm guessing I have to reset Live somehow, but I can't access anything like a preference.cfg and it seems like this might have a simpler fix.

is this just for new default projects? if so, you probably have that set as the tempo in your default template.
