Digital Destortion on output, samplerate issue suspected.

Dear ableton Oracle..
Im running ableton live 10 through my allen and Heath Qu32 mixer, and keep getting this terrible distorted sound glitch on my output from ableton.
Ive ajusted buffersize with no luck.
Converted samplerate: where original project was created in 44.1khz using my recording soundcard (Rme Fireface) now running live project on my qu32 who supports only in 48khz.
But even after conversion, the massive glitch persists.
The equipment is vertually all new, and works.

How do I fix this issue?
