Also commenting to say this should happen and would probably be trivial for Ableton to implement.
Would be so nice to color code what drums are what, like on the MPC.

Also please vote up my request for Presonus to make Ableton’s drum pad/chain color appear on their Atom controller’s pad the way it does on Push’s.

I am switching over all my work from Maschine to Push 3, now that the pads are finally as subtle or better than Maschine's, and I am absolutely amazed that this isn't possible. Seems very do-able and is incredibly useful. If I have a larger rack, I'm lost without colors! I could swear that I used to be able to color drum rack pads on Push 1.
