Reload packs on upgrade?

Might seem a bit of a dumb question (especially since I've had Live since 5 and owned all the suites), but if I upgrade to Live 12 do I need to download all the packs again? Do they add anything over the old Live 11 ones? Or do I only need to download new ones? (my account shows none are "previously downloaded" but I seem to have most of them and they seem to "work" in Live 122 still)

Nope, you should be fine if they were installed under Live 11 already.

Are there new packs?
I used the ‘Not yet Downloaded’ area to track them for years. Now that it’s reset I’m not sure what the quickest way is to tell.

Yes, there's a few new packs like the Performance Pack.

I wonder if the updated packs contain any tagging or categories that would work better in the new browser.
