Push 3 pitchbend bug?

I have just purchased push 3 and seem to notice that after a short while the pitchbend comes on making the keys sound 'wonky' when played

I was using live 12 beta 29
however i loaded up live 11 and it replicates this

is anyone else having similar issues

i tried switching off mpe but the same thing happens in both poly after touch and mono too

is there something im missing?

Sounds like a faulty pitchbend slider, you might want to contact support:

yes it definitely seems that way

when you press select between modwheel and pitchbend , push seems to go hay wire.

reboot and it work as should for a few min before kicking in again

i have only had it for a few days too. its rendered it useless

On the standalone version there was a fault that sounded just like this, and people thought it was hardware, but actually Ableton managed to fix it perfectly with a firmware update. Do the lights next to the pitch bend strip end up going right to the top and getting stuck there when this problem happens? Thats what happened with the fault I described, and it also started after some variable minutes of use.

I have completely forgotten whether the same is true of controller version, and how firmware is updated on the controller version. But you should probably investigate this angle more before concluding that its a hardware fault that requires replacement.

That sounds exactly like my problem.

im currently on firmware 1.0.73

i dont know what the latest is or how to update (contoller version)

I Have tried everything with this, resetting live dont help either
