New features in Live 12 won`t install

Hi. Wonder if anyone can point me in the right direction. Downloaded Live 12 yesterday. No problem during installation. But..all the new plugins like meld, roar, granulator 3 are not showing.. Also tunings, modulators have empty folder. Any idea what the problem could be. Having live 11 installed.

Thanks Tarekith. It did not solve it. I got rid of the old Live 11 library and installed 12. Now it´s up and running.

Before doing that, verify if Live 11 is or was opened when Live 12 was started.
If that was the case, all Live versions must be closed and then only Live 12 opened.

Same issue for me. Reset did not work. I'm not ready to delete anything in Live 11 yet.

If you are sure Live 11 wasn't open when you started Live 12, you can delete its preferences files. This means you lose all Live 12 settings that were copied from Live 11 to Live 12.

Go to the preferences folder of Live 12 and move the files Preferences.cfg and Library.cfg to the desktop.
When done, start Live 12.

MacOS: /Users/username/Library/Preferences/Ableton/Live 12.0
Windows: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Ableton\Live 12.0\Preferences

BTW those apps will open if you drag the presets in Live 12.

The issue is them showing up in Live 12's browser.
