Duplicate is Stopping Playback

Every time I hit New or Duplicate while improvising, playback stops. I've tried with Push, with keyboard shortcuts, and manually. They all stop playback, which is not what I want, as I'm trying to stay in the groove.

Can anyone please help me resolve this so I can keep the jam going?

I'm not sure if there helps anyone diagnose the issue, but might be a clue....

Whether is be New or Duplicate, after pressing the button it creates the new scene and for a split second, the play indicators on the new clips show, but in that same split second, the Stop Clip button for all tracks flash.

You can ignore.... I found the culprit.

It was a M4L device called Scene Chainer I had accidentally left in my main template.
