Multiple Instances Ableton 12?

I tried to open multiple instances of Ableton Live 12 but the "Look and Feel" tab in preferences which had this option - "Open Multiple Instances" is gone in Live 12. Any idea how I can achieve this?

This is a Windows only option; is this your OS?

I don't have any Windows machine to check, but didn't you look at the other tabs? The Preferences window has been reworked and some stuff got moved to other tabs.
