Collect all and save not working

Hi everyone,

I'm using Live 11 Suite. When I try to collect all and save (even when saving to a totally new project folder), every time Ableton tells me "The folder "" cannot be created." And then it deletes the session file.

Are you trying to save it to the factory library?

Thank you for your help. I don't think so--I tried saving it to my desktop.
