Folders with Tags in Collections?

Folders with Tags in Collections?

I am not sure, if somebody has noticed, but when i add a folder with Tags in it to any Collection, the Tags are not available in the Collection view?

I am doing something wrong? Or is this wanted? :?:

PS: thanks to a mod for moving it. 8)
