Skip forward/back buttons...

Can we please have skip forward and back buttons? Sometimes I want to quickly go back 5 or 10 seconds or a bar or two, just to hear a certain part of the song over and over, or move quickly to a certain spot to record something. In live, I always have to click to the right spot with the mouse. That was so easy in other DAWs, and I would be one of the happiest users if I had this... Ideally with an option to adjust the length of the skip, for example in 5-second-steps, or 1, 2, 3 or 4 bars, so that I can assign a key on the keyboard to it.
