Using included Live instruments for commercial sound design

I'm aware of Ableton's T&Cs for using/reworking the included samples and making commercial sample packs out of them, not allowed, but what about using the included instruments to design sounds and make samples and loops from a sine wave for example, and then use those newly created sounds for commercial sound design or to compile a sample pack for commercial use? TIA.

As long as you're not trying to pass off the stock sounds or samples as your own, you shouldn't have anything to worry about.
