LINK toggle won't Appear in LIVE 12

Hi Everyone,

EDIT: SOLVED! LINK apparently only works with an ASIO driver in PC. Switched to ASIO and LINK button immediately appeared.



Keen to try out Ableton LINK this weekend with a mate.

Never used LINK before, have Live 12 on a Windows 11 PC.

Have tried activating in Preferences, but the LINK toggle won't show next to the tempo. Have tried turning off my PC Firewalls and doesn't fix.

In Preferences: The "SHOW" next to Show Link Toggle stays grey, not yellow when turned onto SHOW.
The Start Stop Sync also stays grey when turned ON

Does my PC need to be connected to a LAN or wifi to another computer before LINK activates?

Any help appreciated.
