Hello,
I'm having trouble with some Korg VST3 plugins. Whenever I try to load them into my arrangement, I get an error message that simply says "plugin could not be opened." I've tried everything I can think of to fix it, but nothing seems to work. I can see the plugins in Live plugin list.
Here's the strange part: if I uninstall and then reinstall the plugins, they actually work fine. But as soon as I close Live and reopen it, the problem comes right back.
I've already checked the Korg website for any known issues with their VST3 plugins, but haven't found anything. Do you know if there are any common problems with the Korg Collection specifically?
Any workaround I can try?
Thank you

Re: Korg Collection: plugin could not be opened
Could you please give an example of a specific plugin? I have MS-20, Polysix and MonoPoly installed so these are the ones I can test. Also make sure you're using the latest version of these plugins.
Is this with Ableton Live 11 or 12?

Re: Korg Collection: plugin could not be opened
Sure, I have the latest Live 12 version and the latest Korg Collection version.
Mac 14.4.1 (Sonoma) on Silicon M1 Max
I use mainly Polysix and MS-20. Every time I drag o VST3 instance, I get an error message (This VST3 plug-in could not be opened) the lower band that says: "Some plug-ins are disabled. Please click here to see more details"
Of course I tried to rescan my plug-ins in every possible way.
