Ableton Support Team Unresponsive

Hi,

I’ve been trying to dj with an Ableton/Traktor hybrid setup. I have a new M3 MacBook bro and my send channels aren’t getting any signal in my project while djing. I tried using an old intel laptop with the same project and it works perfect. I’m not sure what to do. I have messaged support for weeks, I have tried upgrading to Live 12 and I am still having the same issue. Any advice?

What have you already tried to do to solve the issue?

Are you using an audio interface?
What are your in/outs?
How is your routing set up?
Is the audio output setup correctly on your M3?
