How do I fix guitar latency issues without External Soundcard? Using Spark + iLoud Monitors\

I've tried the solution offered here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2aZEVIkIglo

I've tried lowering the buffer size but there is still a delay (I play and then my computer receives it).

Running Ableton 12 Suite. M1 Max with 32GB RAM.

Audio Input Device is: Spark 40 USB (1 In, 0 Out)
Audio Output Device is: External Headphones (0 In, 2 Out)/This is the cables plugging directly from the iLoud monitors. (I've also tried via bluetooth in the iLoud Monitors.

I remember making this work with a cheaper guitar amp and an older Macbook Pro. I didn't have latency issues so I'm a little confused why I'm getting it now. I used a small Spyder amp and that's it. No external soundcard. Is there a way to make this work without having to buy an external soundcard like I did before?
