Newest Ableton Live 12.0.2 Constant Crashing

Since the latest update Ableton has been crashing at an unbearable rate. I have never had Ableton this unstable from the last 10+ years of using it. I try to join audio it crashes, freeze tracks it crashes, insert plugin crash etc... I am a full time music producer and this has made my job quite difficult as of late as I keep losing progress in my projects because I can't even restore my crashed session as it crashes again. I've sent Ableton all these crash reports and can't seem to hone in on one specific thing being the issue. I'm on the newest Mac OS Sonoma 14.4.1 on a brand new m3 max macbook pro max specs (ram, ssd etc). Anyone have similar issues or find a solution to make it more stable? It seems like anytime my projects even start to use a little cpu I start to get random crashes.
