ABleton - Mac M3 - Behringer UMC22 problem

Hello,
I have just bought a new Mac M3 but I am very sad about the situation.
First of all when I plug in my Behringer UMC 22 and open Ableton there is always a crackling sound that I couldn't get rid off.
And also it doesn't get the guitar signals. I can hear the guitar but Ableton can not see the signals of guitar. That's why I can not record or modify the sound.
I have tried everything please some one help.

Did you select this Behringer interface as an input in Ableton?
