Live 12 - New track always panned -22L and -7.6db

Post by Speaking Colors » Tue Apr 30, 2024 2:02 am

Hi,

Hopefully, someone knows a fix. Every time I import a sample or create a new track, it's always panned left to -22L and the fader is always at -7.6db

I can double-click on both to have these resets but it's getting very annoying.
This issue started with Live 11 someday. Then in Live 12, it's still present.

Soundcard: RME Digiface + Ferrofish Pulse 16
Intel i9-10900k
64GB Ram
nvme SSD 2TB
Windows 11 Pro
Lots of plugins, FXs, and a couple of synths. Synths that no matter if they are plugged or not, the issue is still present.
Midi keyboard is brand new, that new NI Kontrol S49MK3. Before it was the Arturia Keylab Essential 49 MK1.

Thanks for any help. 🙏

You probably saved a new Track default, to reset your default Audio Track, navigate to the folder User Library→Defaults→Creating Tracks→Audio Track and delete the file "Default Audio Track.als.".

That was it! Ah man, thank you so much! I wasn't aware there was such a feature!
