Hey friends,
Just got my p3 and I'm currently testing the mpe on it and trying out different tools. I have however questions regarding the slide for pitch bend. It seems like when I try to do the pitch bend slide sometimes I can do it and it slides perfectly to the target note, especially if I do it slowly but sometimes another note is being triggered that sits in between the initial note nad the target one. Are there any tips and tricks on p3 to make it work better? Is this normal behaviour? Or perhaps I'm doing something wrong here.

Looks to me that's not normal behaviour. Open a ticket at Ableton support and attach the video.

Mine does the same on occasion, I have a ticket open with support about it. In the mean time turning the push off and then back on fixes the issue for a while on my end. Might work for you also?

It’s not supposed to happen, but it can certainly happen when you release your finger without really noticing while doing your glide.

Yes, I assume that sometimes this is what happens but I also think that there should be some minimal threshold on what when you slide and not go less than that it should not trigger another note. That is why I also consider that this needs some learning curve but then I saw people on youtube doing it and it does not behave like mine.

Yeah we’ve been talking back and forth for a month or so? Nothings sorted just yet but they’ve been cool, just have to be patient.
