Live 12 not Syncing to Note Cloud

When I go through the motions of trying to connect 12 to the Note Cloud my browser says to return to application but Cloud continues to have a sign in prompt and nothing happens. I’ve restarted Live several times now and simply cannot get access to my Note projects at all. I’m on a wintel machine running Windows 10.

I have synced to the cloud before, but for some reason now it simply refuses to connect
Live 12 Suite

Wintel: Intel Core i7-6900K 3.20GHz, 3201 Mhz, 32GB RAM, Win10 Pro 64 bit, Dual NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080, Focusrite Scarlett 2i2

Peripherals: Wacom Cintiq 22HD, Razer Tartarus V2, Razer Naga, Arturia Minilab 3

Im having the same issue. old, deleted sets still show up in Live list as empty folders and a new set shows up dimmed and disappear, I've followed all of the recommendations from support but no good. Just won't work.

Re-authorizing Live usually fixes this issue.
Still, don't forget to report to Support!

Been there, done that. Still no go. Note says synced, Live disagrees. And support was no help. I went through all the steps they suggested short of totally reinstalling entire system, and still no.
