So, I was having a really weird issue:
One of my custom instrument racks wasn´t reacting correctly to the scale awareness button.
I set it up with a scale midi effect and had the scale awareness button on there and the global/clip scale scale awareness turned on (thats confusing as hell btw, I thought I knew what it did and then I read some stuff on the forum and now I´m confused).
At first it seemed to work but after recording a clip, when playing that back it reverted to "no input/chromatic". Only way around was to turn of scale awareness and simply select the correct scale manually.
Thing is: I have multiple instrument racks built after the same template used for this one and in each and every one of them it works as intended.
I also noticed that there is no "scale" setting in the clip itself of that track.
Also tried deleting the track and inserting the instrument rack in any other track, same result.
I´m currently rebuilding the instrument rack from scratch and the problem seems to have disappeared, but its quite a lot of work remapping all the instruments and setting up the chains, so I´d love to know if anyone has experienced that before and its just a bug due to some crash etc. OR if its actually just some dumb hotkey I pressed accidentally.
