I have an Instrument Rack with 2 snare sounds inside. This Instrument Rack is loaded on a Drum Rack pad. Not sure why but when I click the play icon only the second sound is played. What am I missing?

The note is set up to "Play C3"
Check the sample / rack inside. It's showing on your image in the Key ranges that both sounds are Receiving ALL notes.
However, the individual sound or sample player inside might not receive all notes OR send the notes to actual sound/output.
That's something to check. Can you show the image of the instrument that is NOT playing?
To make sure, if the inside Instrument Rack is on its own, it will receive the specific notes you're sending AND output audio as expected?
