Ableton and Leap Motion

Hi there

I am struggling to get my Leap Motion Controller to show up in Ableton as a MIDI surface. It is successfully installed and working via its software, but it doesn't show up in Ableton. According to everything I'm reading online, it should just be plug and play. Any advice?

Which software do you mean with "Its software"? You need a software which generates MIDI-data from the output data of the Leap Motion Controller, e. g. MIDI Paw (https://midipaw.com) or Geco (https://uwyn.com/geco/).
