They shipped the new unit as soon as I sent them the tracking number for the defective unit being returned. I think I was only without the Push for a couple of days which was great
Good to know - thanks for following up!
In my case, there is an issue with the Tempo Display Encoder. When the issue manifests - about 50% of the time when I boot it - the Tempo display will stay lit and not go away. I can switch through Tempo, Swing and Groove but the display of tempo will not go away.
In what seems to be a related issue, the "touch to display tempo" functionality of the knob vanishes. So far the only cure I've found it to completely power the P3 OFF and reboot. If I switch between SA and Controller modes, or try loading different songs, they issue will persist until reboot.
Another variation of the issue is that the P will temporarily loose "touch to display tempo" functionality and I will have to change Tempo in order to display it temporarily on the screen.
Customer support have offered to replace my P3SA under warranty, so I'm just waiting for them to get in touch.
