Hey lovely people - can anyone tell me how to stop this from happening? Honestly so weird.
When I arm a track (click the red square with the black dot in the middle) it automatically starts recording audio or midi in that track, extremely annoying.
When I arm a track that's literally all I want to do - I don't want it to just start recording automatically.
